Derry Township, Pennsylvania School District IT Department
(Summers of 2011, 2012, and 2013)
Technical Specialist Intern / Summer Technology Worker.
- Performed various IT tasks for the summers of 2011, 2012, and 2013.
- Responsibilities included network troubleshooting, system troubleshooting, wiring, wireless setup, imaging laptops and workstations, setting up computers in classrooms, assisting teachers, administrators and support staff with technology-related issues, and configuring local and global systems at the District.
- Served as a senior intern in the summer of 2013 with two other interns who had worked in the in-year internship program previously and were working in the summer for the first time.
Riviana Foods (June – September 2016, June – October 2017)
Summer Intern
- I worked as a summer intern at Riviana Foods in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.
- Primarily worked on updating product information in the Riviana inventory management system using SAP and Microsoft Excel.
- Other tasks included finding and removing duplicate entries in the system, renaming or reformatting entries in the database, and removing products that were no longer being sold. Some of this was done directly in SAP Netweaver, while other tasks required the data to be manipulated in spreadsheet form, then imported into the SAP system.
